Proyecto Interdisciplinar sobre el aceite de oliva - Interdisciplinary project about olive oil

Hello everyone!!

Andalusia´s Day, Día de Andalucía in Spanish, is a holiday celebrated only in the region of Andalucia to commemorate the referendum for Andalucia to become an autonomous community within Spain, which was held on February 28, 1980. This day is celebrated every year on February 28th.

We celebrated this day at school!

We had a delicious breakfast: an Andalusian sandwich, olive oil and ham.

El equipo de bilingüismo formado por el profesorado de ANL de Historia, Educación Física, Historia, y Biología celebra el día de Andalucía con un proyecto interdisciplinar sobre el aceite de oliva con la colaboración de nuestro alumnado de la ESO.

On Friday 22nd and 24th, the last days of school before the holiday, we celebrated “Andalusian Day” with an interdisciplinary project about “olive oil” with the participation of our students of ESO.

During the second term , students did different projects on Andalusian olive oil from the different subjects which are bilingual at our highschool (History,Biology,Physical Education and Technology).

I would like to thank for the great effort to elaborate this interdisciplinary project to my team of bilingual teachers:
  • Natalia Espejo Vacas
  • Javier Expósito Martínez
  • M.ª Eugenia Márquez Alcaraz
  • Joaquín Pérez Pérez
  • Fátima Porras Panadero
  • Lucia Rodríguez Luque
  • Javier Romero Vela

Here are some photos of the presentation of the project on those days:
